Kay and Jay reunite to provide our best, last and only line of defense against a sinister seductress who levels the toughest challenge yet to the MIBs untarnished mission statement: protecting the earth from the scum of the universe. It's been four years since the alien-seeking agents averted an intergalactic disaster of epic proportions. And now it's a race against the clock as Jay must convince Kay-who not only has absolutely no memory of his time spent with the Men In Black, but is also the only living person left with the expertise to save the galaxy-to reunite with the MIB before the earth submits to ultimate destruction.

Violent and Bloody Scenes

Humans and aliens fight (often with guns) throughout the movie. Several aliens die.

A man grabs a woman from behind, holds a knife to her throat and drags her behind a bush; we then hear gobbling and crunching and the woman emerges from behind the bush with a distended tummy (the woman, who is actually an alien, has apparently eaten the man who attacked her).

Snake-like tendrils slither out of a woman's fingertips in several scenes: Once the tendrils poke into a man/alien's ears and come out his nose and mouth, once she uses them like a whip and slices the "skin" off a man/alien (we see the skin lying on the ground and it looks like a pile of rubber), once she wraps a man in a bundle of tendrils and holds him upside down in the air.

An enormous alien worm crashes through a skylight and another alien emerges from inside the worm, grabs a man and wraps him up in its tendrils (the man bites on the tendrils and another man shoots at them).

We see a ransacked room full of aliens that are torn in half and moaning (they are able, however, to put themselves back together again).

An enormous alien worm with numerous mouths and lots of teeth eats part of a subway train; the people riding the train run and scream in panic.

A man/alien is shot in the head a few times, he spurts green goo and then grows a new head.

A woman/alien wraps many people within her tendrils.

A man picks up a shovel and calls for his mother (it is suggested that he is going to use the shovel to harm her).

A dog is tied up and gagged.

Several planets explode after they are hit by a beam shot from a passing spaceship.

Scary and Disturbing Scenes

A creature suddenly bites through the end of the subway car with its huge, sharp teeth-filled mouth and then chomps his way toward Agent J and others onboard.

A man ambushes a woman who is clad only in a bra and panties and drags her behind a bush. We then hear some noises and the man's screams of terror and even see his feet fly up in the air as the woman devours him alive, presumably killing him in the process.

Overall most of the content in this movie could scare people.

I loved "Men in black". I really, really, really loved it. It was definitely one of the wittiest, craziest and the most successful movies of the late 90's. Movie history had never seen such an incredibly silly, senseless and irresistible scifi action comedy before it. Every minute of "Men in black" was marvelous fun. I would almost have to call it a masterpiece, in its own genre that is. Therefore I was looking forward for the sequel and when the wait of five years finally ended the theater called me. Unfortunately I didn't get exactly what I was after. When someone tells you a really hilarious joke you naturally laugh at it. When someone tells you precisely the same joke again it's no longer that funny. This was the case. "Men in black II" just seemed like it's a remake of the first flick. There was nothing new, nothing fresh, and Tommy Lee Jones acted just like he's simply tired and fed up with his character and he's in only because of the huge paycheck. Even the script was somewhat confusing. Of course this movie was very watchable and it was filled with wonderful moments and fabulous ideas here and there but altogether it wasn't so good anymore. Still, go to theaters and by all means watch "Men in black II" if you liked the first one. Maybe you'll like this one too. All I can say is, if the sequel is ten times worse but still ok, then how good can the original possibly be...? Think of it.
